Job Overview
Position: Female Admin Officer
Location: Pushtakhara, Peshawar (serving surrounding regions)
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Answer Queries: Answer phone calls, manage emails, and greet campus visitors.
Manage Supplies: Order and track office and classroom supplies.
Maintain Records: Maintain accurate student attendance, enrollment, and grade records.
Keep Documents: Process admission applications and transfer documents.
Public Contact: Act as a main contact point for parent and public inquiries.
Organizational Work: Assist in organizing school meetings, events, and timetables.
Circulate Notices: Circulate notices and memos to teachers and staff.
Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor's/Master’s degree or a B.Ed/related field.
Experience: Relevant teaching experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills and a passion for student development.
